Terms of Service
Last updated 21 September 2026
1. The service
High Coast Discover is provided by The High Coast Company, a Swedish UF company based in Höga Kusten Sweden. The service lets you discover places, complete challenges and collect digital badges. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Do not share or transfer accounts.
- You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Your stamps are then permanently removed.
3. Fair play
Stamps are meant to be earned by actually being at the place. Do not spoof your location, automate check-ins or otherwise manipulate the service. We may remove stamps or suspend accounts that break this rule.
4. Safety outdoors
Many places are outdoors. You are responsible for your own safety. Check the weather, use suitable equipment, follow local signs and respect allemansrätten. Never take a risk to collect a badge. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused during a visit.
5. Partnerships
Any business may become a partner of the project and be named beside a challenge. A partner challenge belongs to the destination. It does not require a visit to or purchase from the partner. Partners may request aggregate completion statistics that do not identify users.
6. Content and availability
Place descriptions and coordinates are guidance and may contain errors. We may change or remove content and cannot promise that the service will always be available.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text and badge artwork belong to The High Coast Company. You may share your own passport and badges for personal use.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The current version is always shown here. Swedish law applies. Consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN.
